Youngite is an agatized brecciated jasper from an area near Hartville, Guernsey County, Wyoming. This  gemstone has a brecciated Jasper (former lime stone, now silicified) center overlaid with a grayish translucent druzy quartz that looks like fuzzy gray velvet and usually fluoresces green. The jasper center ranges in color from a light tan to a very pretty peach or salmon color. The width of the breccia vein was approximately 7 feet ! This deposit is basically dug out.
