From the area around Roys Hill originates a further Lace Agate. The pointed-like design gave this name to this material and to the Mexican and Namibia cousins. Its formation is attached like those of the Mexican Lace agate to veins in limestone. The colors of the Australian Lace agate is to be found rather in the creamycolored, yellowish to reddish range. The bandingis not completely as well defined formed, as those of the Mexican Lace agate.
