We find the National Park Mount Jerusalem on a map of new South Wales , containing the warning shield volcanic complex and among other the vulcano Tamborine Mountain, at whose foot the Couchy Creek and Thunderbird Park agate ocations are situated. As Thundereggs are widespread from the Thunderbird Park I reckon the specimen here presented to the location Thunderbird Park.
About specimen (1) John Nedwich says:
“ .. The single half ... I believe is a Thunder-egg from a place called Thunderbird Park which is over the other side of the range from Couchy Creek. This is a privately owned fossicking area...”
according to personal communication with John Nedwich
No. 2 and 3 are labelled as coming from the "Mount of Jerusalem", Nos. 4 and 5 from the "Mount Tamborine."
