Priday plume agate is a very in demand material with American agate-collectors. It is rarely found in the “blue bed” in yellowish, grey and brown tones. From much higher color-quality are thundereggs however from the “windmill flower basket bed” . This “bed” was unlocked in the fifties and forties of the last century. Afterwards no more entrance was possible until in the year 2009 for the first time again entrance was then granted. Finds of intensively yellow, pink, red and black plume agate were made again.
