The agates of the finding region Pleasant Lake in the vicinity of Phoenix are showing structural similarities with those of the 4 th of july Peak and with those of the Mulligan Peak. They are showing a fine banding, that is often composed of small white, tightly-packed points. The agate shown here has unusual black plumes for the location.
