The examples presented here are coming from the collection of Maxim Egorov. He got both specimen without further locality. Indicating that the Thundereggs are originated in an acidous effusive-rock called Liparit, was given to him though, but not its exact location in the Republic of Mongolia. Maxim Egorov indicates that these thundereggs are structurally very similar to thundereggs from China published in the achat-almanach and may come from the same source.
