In the gravel pit of Otterwisch, pleistocenic gravels belonging to ancient riverbeds of the river Mulde are operated. Pebbles bigger than 40 mm are not crushed at the moment - instead they were spared for a later moment. So there are good possibilities to collect at the moment for bigger agate-pebbles.
