Within the range of the Big Bay  Lithophyae agates can be found. These Thundereggs are originated in acidous vulcanic rocks. The matrix that contains usually only bluish gray and white patterned agate is red-brown. The spherules reach only rarely a size of over 5 cm in diameter.
