Manitou Island is a small island in close proximity to Keweenaw Point. In their volcanic rocks agates can be found - both ashore by hard work - and in the water through scuba-diving trips, which supplied wonderful material.

In the year 2014 I got some of this scubadived agates from Pamela und Steve Hecht (03, 04, 05, 06, 07) as a gift.
