The Eschelbacher Hof has been praised by many older reference directories as a good site for agates. However, the current situation looks slightly different. Many of the former farmland converted into green areas. Also, a large part of the area of the Eschelbacher Hof has now been transformed into a golf course. The agates themselves are similar to those of Eckersweiler and Zinkweiler.
