On the edge of the Business Park, which extends northwest of Erbes-Büdesheim, agate rich zones showed during building projects in the year 2012. But the most occurring  agates here are so-called "glass nuts" because they are colorless and unstructured. A small percentage of nodules is colored banded. However, exceptionally beautifully colored agate hide under these few percent.
