“… In the early summer 2010 I looked for thunder eggs and petrified wood in Oregon, USA. This time somewhat far into the Ochoco Mountains, some kilometers east of Prineville. In the area of Wildcat Mountain different places of discovery for Thundereggs are originated. I had already looked for the old, before many years closed, place of discovery Queens Point and had not found it unfortunately. Instead of it I found a really new place of discovery. A beautiful tradition in the USA is that the Finder may select a name for the place of discovery. Therefore I gave it the name “Eddy bed”…”
