The agate-collector Paul Dahl visited besides the field near to his hometown Staudernheim were often the fields and vineyards near to Desloch in the 1970ies and 1980ies. There were gravelbeds of the Glan River situated. Today there is no more collecting possible, because these fields are no longer cultivated.
