A further "homeless" rock, which finds its place on this side, is the so-called "Confetti agate from Chihuahua". It was imported to Idar Oberstein in the early 1980ies "from Mexico...", The exact finding-location is so far unknown to me. It is a vein-like formation of a micro-breccia-structured Chalcedony with little dots in yellow, red and brown. The width of the veins reaches about 25 cm in the maximum.
