In the trade a multiplicity of further jaspere varieties is to be found from the Owyhee County beside the famous Owyhee picture jasper. The Jaspis is showing here has a strucure that is very similar to the italian Paesina-marble - but this jasper from Owyhee is much better polishable than the italian marble because of its higher hardness.
